How to make big shifts—fast

I coached a writer one-on-one for the first time the other day. Afterward, she said, “It feels like the world shifted a little bit today.”

I remember feeling that way when I started working with a coach. In fact, I still do almost every time I get coached. No surprise: research shows that even a single coaching session can help you feel better and make positive changes. (That's why a survey from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) found that 99% of organizations and individuals who’ve worked with a coach say they’re glad they did so.)

If you want to get coached on your writing career—for free!—I encourage you to sign up for a session on my podcast, You Should Write a Book. You don’t have to use your name or any identifying details if you’d prefer not to. And if you’ve listened to the podcast before, you know I’m not an in-your-face kind of coach. Instead, we’ll have an easy conversation to help you get clear on what you’re thinking (believe it or not, it’s not always obvious) and how that’s impacting how you show up—then use powerful questions to shift your beliefs and behavior so you can reach your goals.

If you’re interested, fill out this form. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours with more information.
