We’ll meet three times a month via Zoom:
Week 1: 60-minute session on the monthly topic.
Week 2: 60-minute workshop where you’ll put what you learned into practice.
Week 3: 60-minute coaching call. You can get coached on the monthly topic—or any other issue impacting your career.
All calls are recorded and uploaded into your personal membership portal, so if you can’t attend live, you won’t miss a thing. You’re also invited to participate in a private Facebook group just for members.
My goal is to help you create a rock-solid plan—and the confidence to pull it off. By the end of our time together, I want you to be so far ahead of the game that other writers ask you, “What’s your secret?”

Here’s what we’ll cover each month:
Month 1: The Fundamentals of Success
Tired of feeling overwhelmed by the myriad tasks you could or should do? I’ll teach you how to figure out exactly what to focus on to make success inevitable. P.S. You’ll learn to eliminate time sucks and energy drainers—so you implement your plan without burning out.
Month 2: Bestseller Bootcamp
Research shows that bestsellers in all genres have several key factors in common. I’ll explain how to create a “high concept” idea that makes a story unputdownable; increase your writing’s readability so people zip through your novel; and use cognitive science to make your book appealing to more readers.
Month 3: Reader Magnet
There are three things you need to do to sell books: find readers, get them to read your work, and keep them buying your books. I’ll show you how to locate them, turn them into fans, and get them on your mailing list. (Hint: Aside from writing books, growing a mailing list is the most important thing you can do as an author.)
Month 4: Authorpreneur
An entrepreneurial mindset will help you make more money and take control of your career. (That's true whether you’re traditionally published or go indie.) I’ll share strategies for creating a revenue-generating business without stifling your creativity or spending all day on spreadsheets. Bonus: You’ll learn the habits of six- and seven-figure authors—and how to make them your own.
Month 5: Platform Pro
Yes, every author needs to know how to market herself. But doing that well isn’t complicated. I’ll teach you to be your own publicist (and save 15k+ in the process). You'll learn to run ads that fit your budget. I'll also share how to book speaking opportunities that put you in front of your ideal readers. You’ll supercharge your visibility as an author—without an endless to-do list.
